ORDER PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIMES

  • All artwork + personalized/custom items (ie: name signs + bamboo decor) are made-to-order. Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. 
    • Order production times are as follows, unless otherwise noted on the item details page: 
      • Prints + Canvases: ship in 3 to 6 business days
      • Acrylic Signs: ship 2 full weeks from date ordered
      • Wood Signs: ship 1 full week from date ordered
      • Custom Cake Toppers + Engraved Gifts: ship 1 full week from date ordered
    • Please keep in mind, production times are in addition to shipping carrier transit times.
