• Text is case sensitive + will be copied exactly as entered - so please be sure to use exact casing.  If you enter all text in CAPITAL LETTERS, that is exactly how the sign will be engraved.

• Design Proofs are provided upon customer request only and include ONE complimentary revision. Additional revisions will incur a $5 design fee per proof. A proof will not be sent unless a note is left with the order. To avoid delays, we must receive approval within 48 hours. *Design proofs not approved within this timeframe will proceed to production as designed.
