We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is for the sole purpose of order processing and shipping. VividEditions' Secured Socket Layer (SSL) uses the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information is protected, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.
WHY WAS THE DISCOUNT CODE NOT APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Any Discount Codes for promotional offers displayed on the website must be entered in the "Discount" box during the checkout process. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any discounts have been applied to their order prior to completing checkout. We cannot apply discounts to your order after it has been submitted to us.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Unfortunately, we do not offer framing services at this time. However, craft stores such as AC Moore, Michael's, and IKEA have a great selection of affordable frames for your art.

All measurements are in Inches.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship our prints to most countries! Custom signage is shipped within the US and Canada only. You can select your Country at checkout. Please be sure to read our shipping section for international shipping fees and our notes about customs/duties/taxes.
CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZED PRINT MADE?
We only offer sizes as described in the product listings.
Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders we are currently unable to offer any customization of our prints.
CAN I GET A HIGH-RES DIGITAL FILE SO I CAN MAKE A PRINT MYSELF?
Not a chance, sorry.
DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE?
No, you can checkout as a guest by not creating an account during the checkout process. Please note that if you do not create an account, you won't be able to check your order status through our site or access your order history.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Prints/Posters: Domestic (US) orders are estimated to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after we ship. International orders are estimated to arrive within 1 to 6 weeks after we ship.
Personalized Signage: Domestic (US) orders are estimated to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after we ship.
Please keep in mind, the above timeframes are only an estimate of how long it will take for the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to deliver and is in addition to our order processing times.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address used when placing your order. A shipment confirmation will also be sent to the same email address once your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder or inquire with your email server to see if they blocked auto order confirmations. If you set up an account, you can also check your order history through our site under "order history" in "accounts".
WHAT IF MY PRINT GETS LOST IN THE MAIL OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you think your order is lost in the mail: Before contacting us, please make sure you have read our processing and shipping times and contacted the shipping carrier (USPS) using the tracking info that was emailed to you. If after doing both, you think your order is lost in the mail, please contact us and make sure to include your order number. If we conclude that your order is lost after our own efforts to find it, we will replace your order.
We do our best to ensure that all packages arrive safely by using heavy duty rigid packaging. However, we have found no matter how carefully and rigid we package for transit, print corners and edges can take slight damage while being loaded on and off trucks and in the hands of mail carriers. Once framed, this minor flaw is easily hidden and does not affect the appearance of the final product, therefore, we do not offer replacements for prints with bent corners or edges. In the event your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the damage on the print itself, as well as all packaging it arrived in so we may submit a claim with the post office. Once we have received and reviewed photos of the damage, we will create and send a replacement right away!
HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PRINTS?
Prints up to size 11x14 are carefully packaged in a sleeve and shipped flat in a rigid photo/document mailer envelope with reinforcing cardboard. These rigid flat mailers are completely biodegradable and made of 100% recycled materials! Prints larger than 11x14 are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid tube.
WHAT PRINTING METHOD IS USED FOR THE PRINTS?
Our prints are created using high quality archival pigment inks and acid-free heavy weight museum grade paper in a smooth matte finish. The archival properties of the professional materials we use to produce our prints prevent yellowing of the paper and fading of the colors.
DO THE COLORS/TONES OF THE ACTUAL PRINTS LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES WE SEE ONLINE?
We have made every effort to ensure fidelity between the images you see on our site and the final prints. However, since the colors you see depend on your computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate. Personally, we think they look even better in person.
IS THERE A PLACE I CAN SEE THE PRINTS IN PERSON?
We're an online shop only.
