HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Personalized/Engraved Gifts: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing. Domestic (US) orders are estimated to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment. International orders are expected to arrive in 1 to 6 weeks post-shipment.

Personalized Signage: Kindly allow 2 to 3 weeks for order processing. Domestic (US) orders are anticipated to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Please note that these timeframes are estimations for the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to deliver and are in addition to our order processing times. For more detailed information on processing and shipping times, please refer to our shipping section.


HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the order placement. Additionally, a shipment confirmation will follow, sent to the same email address upon dispatch. In case you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you have set up an account, you can also review your order history through our site under "Order History" in “Accounts".


CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an in-person pickup option. Our services are exclusively online, providing a convenient and efficient shopping experience. CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZE MADE FOR MY SIGN?

Certainly! If you require a custom size for your signage, kindly reach out to us to initiate a detailed discussion and cater to your specific needs.


WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you think your order is lost in the mail: Before contacting us, please make sure you have read our processing and shipping times and contacted the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) using the tracking info that was emailed to you. If after doing both, you think your order is lost in the mail, please contact us and make sure to include your order number. If we conclude that your order is lost after our own efforts to find it, we will replace your order.

We do our best to ensure that all packages arrive safely by using heavy duty rigid packaging. In the event your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of the damage, as well as all packaging item(s) arrived in so we may submit a claim with the shipping carrier.  Once we have received and reviewed photos of the damage, we will create and send a replacement right away!

WHY WAS THE DISCOUNT CODE NOT APPLIED TO MY ORDER?

For any promotional offers or discount codes featured on our website, please remember to enter them in the designated "Discount" box during the checkout process. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any discounts are applied to their order before finalizing the checkout. Please be aware that once your order has been submitted, we are unable to apply discounts retrospectively.

We ship to select International destinations. Custom signage is shipped within the US and Canada only. You can select your Country at checkout. Please be sure to read our shipping section for international shipping fees and our notes about customs/duties/taxes.

DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE?

No. You have the option to checkout as a guest by skipping the account creation step during the checkout process. It's important to note that while this allows for a quick and easy transaction, if you choose not to create an account, you won't have the ability to check your order status on our site or access your order history.
