ORDER PRODUCTION + SHIPPING TIMES

All personalized and custom items, such as business signs, name signs, toppers, and engraved gifts, are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis. If specific changes to a sign or topper design are desired, it's crucial to make these requests before placing the order, ensuring seamless fulfillment. 

  • Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Any change requests entered in the "Order Notes" box during checkout that have not been pre-approved will not be fulfilled.
  • Design Proofs are available upon customer request and come with one complimentary revision. Additional revisions, beyond this, incur a $5 design fee per proof.

Production Times:

  • Custom Acrylic Signs: Ship 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.
  • Personalized + Engraved Gifts: Ship in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Wood Signs: Ship 1 week from the order date.
  • Custom Cake Toppers: Ship 1 full week from the order date.
  • Prints: Ship in 4 to 6 business days.
  • Note: Production times are in addition to shipping carrier transit times. Order processing may experience delays, especially during high sales periods. However, rest assured that we strive for swift processing, and during holidays, we'll communicate specific shipping deadlines.

    • You will be notified via email when your order ships - please see our Shipping section below for transit estimates [which indicate how long your order is estimated to take to get delivered to you once we get it shipped].

    • If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. Orders marked "Return to Sender", "Refused by Recipient" or sent back to us without prior approval will be subject to a 25% restocking fee -- no exceptions!  We do not offer replacements for orders marked "Delivered" by your Postal Carrier.
    • Please ensure you have a SAFE location for your order to be delivered to. We have no control over and are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages that result from being shipped to an insecure location.

    • For assistance in tracking your shipment or an estimated date of arrival, please click on the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email (it's a live link).  If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder.

    PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

      • ALL SALES FOR PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL.

      • Due to the custom nature of our items, once your order is submitted to VividEditions, it is considered "in processing" and therefore CANNOT be changed or canceled.

      • Order cancellation requests will be reviewed + considered on a case by case basis and only if the item has not entered production. A $50 design fee may apply.  Orders paid with ShopPay Installments will incur a 6% credit card transaction fee. Orders paid with all other payment methods will incur a 3% credit card transaction fee. International orders will incur a 4% credit card transaction fee. 
      • Personalized Name Signs: By default we will connect all letters and any names/words with lowercase letters 'i' or 'j' will have the dots connected - unless otherwise requested. (cursive fonts only)
      • No Refunds or Cancellations on Personalized Items.  Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 
      • Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as VividEditions cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.
      • Please inspect item(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. Any Defects or damages MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
      • If there is damage, DO NOT REMOVE ITEM(S) FROM PACKAGING. By removing item(s) from their packaging you acknowledge no damage is present.
      • Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date as this will help alleviate Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping charges.
      • International shipping is available to select countries. If we do not ship to your country and you are using a Freight Forwarder, you acknowledge that VividEditions is NOT responsible for any damage that may occur while the package is in the possession of the freight company.  Being that UPS/USPS is not making the final delivery, we cannot submit any insurance claims in the event your item arrives damaged while using a freight forwarder, therefore we highly recommend you obtain insurance directly through your shipping provider.
      • Orders marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused by Recipient" will incur a $25 design fee.

       

      INACCURACY DISCLAIMER

      • From time to time, there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice - including after you have submitted your order.

       

      DISCOUNTS + PROMOTIONAL OFFERS 

      • Any Discount Codes for promotional offers displayed on the website must be entered in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box during the checkout process.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure discounts have been applied to their order prior to completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to apply any codes/discounts. 
      • Discounts do not apply to custom logos or custom design requests. 
       

      DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

      Shipping rates are based on weight, box size + destination and are displayed and calculated at checkout.

      • USPS First Class Mail Service
        • (up to 7 business days - ground service)
            • USPS Priority Mail Service
              • ( 2 to 5 business days, *depending on location / *USPS does not guarantee delivery times)
            • USPS Priority Express Mail Service
              • (1 to 2 business days - USPS guaranteed)

            CUSTOM NAME SIGNS ONLY

            • UPS Ground — rates calculated at checkout
              • (1 to 3 business days to East Coast + Midwest // up to 5 business days to West Coast)
              • UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select — rates calculated at checkout
                • (2 to 3 business days - *depending on service & location)
              • The above times are all estimates from our shipping carriers.  VividEditions is NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers (UPS + USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak times. ***Please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates on how long your order will be in transit to you, and does not include the time it takes us to process your order (as explained above).
                • A package is considered "LOST" by the postal service after 4 weeks (for domestic) and 60 days (for international).  At that time we will either replace or refund.

                INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + CUSTOMS

                Shipping rates are based on destination country and are displayed and calculated at checkout.

                • Shipping rates for international destinations are determined by the country of delivery and are calculated during checkout. We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed, and you utilize a Freight Forwarder, please acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur while the package is in the possession of the freight company. Since USPS/UPS does not make the final delivery in such cases, we cannot submit insurance claims for potential damage. It is highly recommended to obtain insurance directly through your chosen shipping provider.

                • International packages typically take between 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, contingent on customs practices in the destination country. If you have ordered internationally and more than 10 business days have passed since we shipped your items without delivery attempts, promptly contact your local customs agency. In certain countries, recipients are not notified of held packages, requiring them to initiate contact for retrieval.

                • Please be aware of your country's customs practices before making a purchase. It's essential to note that you are responsible for all international customs and duty fees, payable upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these fees, so kindly consult your local customs agency for guidance. Returns will not be accepted based on customs fees, and marking items as "gift" is not within our capabilities.

                   

                  RETURNS + EXCHANGES (ART PRINTS)

                  • We're committed to producing high quality art + decor at an affordable price. We've gone to great lengths providing detailed product listings and visuals so our customers know exactly what they're getting and will be happy when it arrives. Each design is printed upon order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted as we cannot resell a print which has been returned.  However, if something has gone awry, please contact us within 24 hours from the date your order was marked delivered by the carrier.  Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable.
                  • We do our very best to ensure that all packages arrive safely by using heavy duty rigid packaging.  However, we have found no matter how carefully and rigid we package for transit, print corners and edges can take slight damage while being loaded on and off trucks and in the hands of mail carriers.  Once framed, this minor flaw is easily hidden and does not affect the appearance of the final product, therefore, we do not offer replacements for prints with bent corners or edges.  In the event your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the damage on the print itself, as well as all packaging the print arrived in so we may submit a claim with the post office.  Once we have received photos of the damage, we will create and send a replacement right away!
