PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES
- All artwork is printed-to-order. Once we have processed and prepared your order for shipping, we are unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders we are unable to offer customization of prints at this time.
Due to the overwhelming demand of our prints, current order production time is 2 - 4 business days from the time of payment, unless otherwise noted on the item details page. Please keep in mind, this is in addition to postal transit times. Occasionally it may take longer if we have a big surge in our volume of sales, but often times it is quicker [during the Holidays, we will post our holiday shipping deadlines]. You will be notified via email when your order ships - please see our Shipping section below for transit estimates [which indicate how long your order is estimated to take to get delivered to you once we get it shipped].
- If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed. We do not offer replacements for orders marked "Delivered" by your Postal Carrier.
- Please ensure that you have a SAFE location for your order to be delivered to. We have no control over and are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages that result from being shipped to an insecure location. If a package sits outside for a long period of time or in an unsafe location, it could potentially be stolen, broken or opened.
- For assistance in tracking your shipment or a date of arrival, please click on the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email (it's a live link) and/or call 1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777). If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your junk folder.

- The above time frames are estimates from the shipping carrier. VividEditions is not responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak times. Please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates on how long your order will be in transit to you, and does not include the time it takes us process your order (as explained above).
- A package is considered "LOST" by the postal service after 4 weeks (for domestic) and 60 days (for international). At that time we will either replace or refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + CUSTOMS
- USPS First-Class Package International (Canada) -- $9.95
- USPS First-Class Package International (Everywhere else) -- Rates are based on destination country and calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are available. Rates are based on destination country and are displayed and calculated at checkout.
- International packages can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. Delivery time depends on the customs practices in your country. If you ordered internationally and at least 10 business days have passed since we shipped your items but no delivery has been attempted, please make sure you call your local customs agency right away, as in many countries (e.g., Germany, United Kingdom) the recipient will NOT be notified that their package is being held in customs and will have to call themselves about picking it up. If you do not contact customs to arrange pickup, the package will be returned to sender. Please be aware of customs practices in your country before purchasing.
Please note that you are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as "gift".
Prints up to size 11x14 are carefully packaged in a sleeve and shipped flat in a rigid photo/document mailer envelope with reinforcing cardboard. These rigid flat mailers are completely biodegradable and made of 100% recycled materials! Prints larger than 11x14 are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid tube. Note that small and large prints ordered together will all be shipped in a tube.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We're committed to producing high quality art at an affordable price. We've gone to great lengths providing detailed product listings and visuals so our customers know exactly what they're getting and will be happy when it arrives. Each design is printed upon order, therefore returns are not accepted as we cannot resell a print which has been returned. However, if something has gone awry or you would like an exchange, please contact us within 3 business days from the date your order was marked delivered by the carrier. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable and return shipping for any exchanges are customer's responsibility.
- We do our very best to ensure that all packages arrive safely by using heavy duty rigid packaging. However, we have found no matter how carefully and rigid we package for transit, print corners and edges can take slight damage while being loaded on and off trucks and in the hands of mail carriers. Once framed, this minor flaw is easily hidden and does not affect the appearance of the final product, therefore, we do not offer replacements for prints with bent corners or edges. In the event your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the damage on the print itself, as well as all packaging the print arrived in so we may submit a claim with the post office. Once we have received photos of the damage, we will create and send a replacement right away!
- We do not accept exchanges on custom orders (this includes any form of personalization, customization, color changes, or unique sizing).
